Explore the nearby Clinch Mountain Wildlife Management Area, known for its excellent trout fishing in Big Tumbling Creek which is stocked with trout four days a week from April thru end of September by the Virginia Department of Game & Inland Fisheries. Nightly campsite rates may be slightly higher during off season. (Nov.-March)
**Campsite rates are based on 2 adults. Please add $3 for extra person age 12 and up per night.
**Visiting Guest Day Pass $3 per person age 12 & up
**We are a Pet Friendly Campground. You must keep pets on leash at all times. We ask that you also clean up after your pet. Pet waste disposal can on site.
Please do not leave pets unattended outside of your camper. Pet Fee of $2 per pet per day. Breed restrictions apply, (i.e.) Pit bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans.
Pets are not allowed in Large Cabin Rental
Large Cabin Rental (sleeps up to 5) $125.00 nightly + $65 cleaning fee (one time charge) + tax (cleaning fee may be higher for groups of 4 or more)

**Rental rates are based on 2 people. Please add $5 per night per person for extra guests.
**Bed/Bath linens can be provided for an extra fee for rentals.
Cancellation Policy for Campsites and Rentals:
*No Refunds will be given on deposits, however we do give you the option to reschedule your stay once in the same calendar year if you give at least a 10 (or more) day notice before you are do to check in.
*Deposit required is based on the length of your stay.
*Holiday weekends require a 2 or 3 night deposit. Special Event weeks/weekends may require additional nights deposit.
No Refunds given for early departures.
No Refunds are given on deposits for Monthly Campsites. No exceptions!
If you make reservation less than 10 days before check in your entire stay is your deposit.
No refunds will be given if you are asked to leave before scheduled departure date due to conduct/behavior disciplinary reasons.
Golf carts not allowed unless you are currently disabled.
